Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not required.
You may also complete and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear statement electronically on our website [Internet address where the form is available]. If you use this option, we will send you confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal without delay (e.g. by email).
You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online at [Internet address of the withdrawal function]. If you use this online function, we will promptly send you, on a durable medium (e.g. by email), an acknowledgement of receipt containing information about the content of the withdrawal statement and the date and time it was received.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods only if that diminished value results from handling them in a way that was not necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
- Contracts for the supply of goods that can deteriorate quickly or whose expiry date would soon be exceeded.
- Contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal was removed after delivery.
- Contracts for the supply of goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.
