What does “Dual Pathway” mean?
Your body can produce nitric oxide (NO) in two different ways. Performance combines the precursors for both:
- The nitrate pathway: Nitrate from beetroot is first converted into nitrite, then into nitric oxide.
- The L-citrulline pathway: Your body converts L-citrulline into L-arginine. With the help of enzymes produced by your body, it can then produce nitric oxide.

Why does Performance contain pure L-citrulline instead of citrulline malate?
With citrulline malate, the stated amount is split between citrulline and malate. Performance contains 3 g of pure L-citrulline per serving, so you know exactly how much L-citrulline you are getting.

Why is the nitrate content standardised?
The natural nitrate content of beetroot can vary. So a large quantity of beetroot powder alone tells you little about how much nitrate it contains. Performance provides 400 mg of nitrate per serving, clearly stated and tested in a laboratory.
How can I return my product?
You can return your Circ. product within 14 days. As this is a food supplement, returns are accepted for hygiene and health reasons only if the seal is intact and the product is unopened in its original packaging. You are responsible for the return postage.
