Right of withdrawal and refunds

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. If several goods forming part of a single order are delivered separately, the period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the last good. If a good is delivered in several instalments or pieces, the period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the last instalment or piece. For contracts for the regular delivery of goods over a defined period, the period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the first good.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not required.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal using our online withdrawal function, where you can complete and submit a clear statement electronically. If you use this online function, we will promptly send you, on a durable medium (e.g. by email), an acknowledgement of receipt containing information about the content of your withdrawal statement and the date and time it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. We will provide the appropriate return address after you register your return; see “Registering a return” below for details.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods only if that diminished value results from handling them in a way that was not necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning, and you were duly informed of your right of withdrawal.

Exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

• Contracts for the supply of goods that can deteriorate quickly or whose expiry date would soon be exceeded.
• Contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal was removed after delivery.
• Contracts for the supply of goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.

Information about returns and refunds

The following information explains the practical handling of your return. It supplements the withdrawal information above and does not restrict your statutory rights.

Registering a return

Register your return by contacting hello@circ-nutrition.eu or using the online withdrawal function linked above. Please provide your order number and the items concerned if possible. We will then provide the appropriate return address.

Prior approval or exclusive use of our online form is not required to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal. A clear withdrawal statement by email or post is sufficient.

Sending the return

Arrange the return by post or parcel service and pay the postage or shipping-label cost yourself. The cost depends on the carrier's rates and on the size, weight and dispatch location of your return. Please observe the fourteen-day period after your withdrawal statement mentioned above.

Please pack the items so that they are protected during return transport, and keep proof of postage. We do not charge an additional handling or restocking fee for a withdrawal.

If you wish to return items from several orders in one parcel, please contact us in advance at hello@circ-nutrition.eu so that we can check whether the same return address applies. Include a list of the relevant order numbers and items so that we can identify the return. Your statutory withdrawal and return periods remain unchanged.

Condition of the goods and safety seals

For our sealed food supplements, the original safety seal must remain intact where, after opening, the goods are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene. For such goods, the exclusion of the right of withdrawal described above applies once the seal has been removed. Merely opening the outer shipping carton does not result in the loss of your right of withdrawal.

Processing the refund

We will initiate your refund without undue delay and no later than 7 calendar days after receiving the returned goods or your proof of dispatch, whichever occurs first. If the statutory refund period described above under “Effects of withdrawal” requires an earlier refund, that earlier deadline applies. The actual credit to your account also depends on the processing time of your bank or payment provider.

The deadline, payment method and conditions for repayment are described above under “Effects of withdrawal”. In the case of a full withdrawal, the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option will also be refunded; additional costs for express shipping or another more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing period, please contact us at hello@circ-nutrition.eu with your order number and, if available, proof of dispatch. We will check the status of the refund and inform you about the next steps.

Missing, defective or incorrectly delivered items

If you have received an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us at hello@circ-nutrition.eu. If possible, provide your order number and a brief description of the problem; photos may help us clarify the matter. We will explain the next steps and, where applicable, provide the return address and arrange a free replacement. If a return is required, we will cover the necessary shipping costs.

Your statutory warranty rights, including any applicable right to a price reduction or termination of the contract, remain unaffected. They apply regardless of the withdrawal period and the condition of the seal.

If an item you ordered is missing, please first check whether multiple shipments were announced for your order. If the item is not being shipped separately or the announced delivery is incomplete, contact us at hello@circ-nutrition.eu with your order number and the missing item. We will investigate the delivery and arrange shipment of the missing item at no additional shipping cost. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
